Teaching Room
Students can observe a demonstration within the kitchen via the observation window of the teaching room. This means students can watch and learn without hindering the lecturer. This makes for a much safer environment in which to learn.

Our training room can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. Seating, Tables, Whiteboard, Flip Chart, Projector available. Wi-Fi throughout the building. Access to W/C and Kitchen and adequate Off-Road parking. This facility is available to anyone in the community to hire at very reasonable rates.
Chill Room
Fridge and Freezer facility, for the preservation of your food.
Dry Goods
Shelving for the safe storage of your dry goods.
Equipment Wash Area
Dedicated area for washing kitchen equipment, cleaning storage.
Accessible Toilet
Unisex disabled accessible w/c.
Staff Canteen
Small kitchen facility for the preparation of staff food.
